So I can see it is going to take consistent exercise in order to keep losing. Today I ran about a mile in 15 minutes. So we are going to run the Raspberry Days 5k in August. Anyone up to running at Bear Lake? There is a big pancake breakfast after!

Running in the burning sun at Bear Lake? When? I’ll probably be working, but I don’t really want to run anyway.
