Today was more of a struggle than I had hoped for as I drank too much water before the run. But I loved that we all finished in a pretty good time and feel great after a shower. We have been running 4 times a week and the consistency pays off in weight loss and health benefits.
My son and I have signed up for another 5K next Saturday and maybe I can beat my time then. Looks like it is time for a new goal. Hiking, biking, swimming or tennis anyone?
